Joint Donors Request Form

By default in Church Center, each individual has their own giving record tracking gifts received online or by cash/check. If you prefer to see a joint giving record, both when looking at your giving history throughout the year and when receiving a year-end giving statement for tax purposes, please fill out this form. Once submitted, a member of the church financial team will join your records together and you will be notified by email.
